The Tao of Feeling Good Every Day

The Tao (pronounced “dao”) means literally “the path” or “the way!!

The Buddha said quote “all that we are is the result of what we have thought”

If you want to feel good every single day, you have to learn to correct you mind!  No exceptions!

Correcting your mind comes before anything else you do! You can have the best exercise routine and healthiest diet in the world, but if you have not learnt to correct you mind and how to deal with your negative thoughts, you will still be stressed which has a very negative effect on both mind and body.

In my opinion, you must develop some sort of spiritual practice, (note I said “spiritual” and not religious practice) to lead a totally healthy and fulfilling life.

I’m not talking about following any religion here, just learning to understand “you” the “self” and most people I continue to find do not understand themselves.

The live a passive and reactive life instead of intentionally creating the life they want to live.

The sad thing is that I believe most people are not aware that they can create their life, they feel that they are stuck with the hand they have been dealt and they are not aware that it is within their own power to change it!

But to do this you first have to find a way to “empty the subconscious, to clean it out, and its imperative that we do this because it gets full up, full up with junk and that junk passes into the Unconscious (or other than conscious) mind and those toxic thought then dissolve into the body and get stuck in the cells creating the perfect environment for dis-ease and stress and unhappiness!

Tomorrow I’m going a talk about a practice that you can begin that is totally free, and if you decide to do it and you stick with it, it will without doubt change your life!
